Fitness Assessment

A key step in providing a safe, effective program tailored to you. Expect to spend 45 minutes to an hour. We will discuss your goals, needs and health history. The assessment includes simple movements and a posture screening to start at just the right place.

 

 

Private sessions

30, 45 and 60 minute sessions available. These will include a mix of training methods to fit your needs and provide a complete, well rounded fitness program.

 

buddy Sessions

Bring a friend along to share in your fitness journey. This 60 minute session will teach you both tools to better your health and wellness and is a great way to keep each other motivated.

 

online training

A perfect option for those without the time for in person sessions. A complete program will be built and monitored just for you. You will have access to pictures, videos and trainer notes for every exercise prescribed through the NASM Edge app.

 

 

Flexibility Training

30 minute sessions designed to increase flexibility and joint mobility. You will leave this session feeling relaxed and primed for the day.

 

 

corrective Exercise

Improve the quality of your movements, not only in the gym but in all aspects of your life. A Corrective Exercise Specialist can identify muscle imbalances and movement compensations and get you on the path to moving and feeling better.
