Why hello!

It all started a couple decades ago…

That’s when I completed my certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Since then I have continued to grow through knowledge and experience and have met some amazing people along the way. Naturally the way I train and approach a client’s needs has evolved over the years, but my philosophy remains the same: train for the real world. Strength training needs to be functional. It needs to fit your life and the things you do every day. It needs to make those activities easier and help you achieve new goals. When we use functional movements that focus on strength, stability and flexibility we can accomplish just that.

My name is Jordan Gardner and I am a wife, mother, certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. I love this desert home we share; isn’t it incredible? This will always be home but I fiercely crave adventure. I’ve traveled a little and want so badly to see the world. That’s me with my husband in Ireland. Oh Ireland…

I am an INTJ so I apologize now. I often think in movie quotes, I always have a song playing in my head (usually narrating my life) and rewriting songs and making music videos is weirdly fun. If we get one more pet we might officially be a zoo, clients have called me horrible names (but they keep coming back), I love history and I think I live in the wrong era, I have a strange obsession with climbing things (walls, rocks, castles), small details totally matter and I’m really quite stubborn. Don’t I sound delightful? Now I want to hear all about you, what makes you tick and what motivates you. Let’s have some fun on your fitness journey!
